Best Restaurant in old saybrook. My grandma lived around the corner and knew the staff so well that they hosted the funeral. Very friendly and they always have a little mint tray at the door!

We’ve been to PLB a couple of times and it’s always been a very good - great experience. I didn’t expect to have one of the best burger and fries combination I’ve ever had, but it happened. The bacon cheeseburger was excellent! Perfect medium rare, bacon was crisp and meaty. I normally put mayo and mustard on my burgers - not necessary here.
